In the course of the complete renovation of the building, which dates back to the 1970s, extensive asbestos removal, gutting and demolition work was carried out by the G+H Group in the interior and exterior areas. First, the remaining furniture was removed, the extensive building services consisting of an emergency generator and the ventilation technology were dismantled and then all upper floors and partition walls were demolished. This was followed by asbestos removal. Approx. 200m² of asbestos-containing wall cladding and approx. 100 running metres of duct cladding as well as 30 fire dampers were cleaned up and disposed of in accordance with TRGS 519. The entire execution of the work was prepared, managed and carried out exclusively by specialist and expert personnel of the G+H Group.
