This customer wanted a soundproof enclosure with a hatch that would be opened by means of a sensor. Inside the enclosure is a crusher that grinds the hard plastic material into smaller pieces. A granulator then grinds this into reusable raw material, giving many materials a second life. The enclosure not only serves to reduce noise in the hall and protect employees, but is also necessary for the environment. The G+H SONEX® N capsule system with a robust support structure, front collision protection and a 4-meter-wide entrance door to the machine was chosen here.

The work was successfully completed in July 2021.
