On 22 March 2025, we were proud to once again take part in the training exchange at Rheinforum Wesseling. This event was organised by the IHK Wesseling Economic Committee in cooperation with the Wesseling Economic Development Agency. In addition to us, the G+H Group, around 40 other companies presented their internship and apprenticeship programmes.

Our team, led by Petra Mateja, our training delegate, placed particular emphasis on training to become a skilled insulation worker or industrial insulator – the climate protectors of the future. A particular highlight was the use of our VR glasses, which provided an insight into the day-to-day work of an insulator.

The discussions not only led to an exciting exchange, but also to the first internship agreements and applications for training from 1 August 2025. As a company that has been based in Wesseling for many years, we can once again chalk up the trade fair as a complete success.
