Our management conference in Leipzig began on Wednesday. The event kicked off with a joint lunch and a welcome from our Chairman, Matthias Lukowitz, and our Managing Director and Head of Division, Uwe Gräfe.

Around 52 managers from our companies took part in the conference and had the opportunity to listen to interesting presentations and take part in a workshop focussing on employee appraisals. On the last day, two teams were formed to discuss the topic of occupational safety in depth.

A special highlight on the second day was the outdoor escape game in Leipzig, which provided a welcome change of pace for all participants. The evening was rounded off with dinner together in a historic restaurant.
