G+H’s SONEX® N soundproofing enclosure system was used to line the ceiling and walls. In the cabin, the customer tests different fuels in a single-cylinder engine specially developed for this application. The test cabin including the control cabin was supplied with a soundproofed supply and exhaust air system including air filter, fan, control dampers and exhaust grille for a volume of 35,000 m3/h. In order to assemble and maintain the test engine, a 20-tonne crane was supplied and integrated into the steel structure.
